1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services of VKS Bau GmbH, Mähderstr. 37, 72768 Reutlingen, Germany (“VKS Bau”) with its customers worldwide (B2B and B2C).
2. Services
VKS Bau provides services in window and terrace construction, installation, and distribution of building components.
Contracts are concluded only offline (by email, phone, or in person). Orders cannot be placed directly through the website.
3. Contract Conclusion
Contracts are established individually through direct communication. Offers made by VKS Bau are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR (plus applicable VAT).
Payment terms (e.g., deposit, final payment, payment deadlines) are agreed individually.
For international clients (e.g., USA, Canada), other currencies may be accepted upon written agreement.
5. Delivery and Performance
Delivery or completion dates are only binding if confirmed in writing.
VKS Bau shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, material shortages, natural events).
6. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of VKS Bau GmbH until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For business customers, the warranty period is 12 months from completion.
8. Liability
VKS Bau is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Claims for loss of profit are excluded.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Reutlingen, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
11. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
